In a recent survey we conducted on our product, we asked several questions to 18-51 consumers that would help the Voyagers have a main understanding towards what consumers want or require out of the product's usage. The info provided with the responses has helped with producing the product's choice of design, features, and criticism usable for future backpack products.

In the 20th question of the survey, the company asked if consumers receive back pains from their backpack/their load. The company was interested in the responses for improvement of the product's overall design and the choice of the product's back design for traveling long distances to ensure back pains have a decrease chance of occurring.

The survey's 15th question, Voyagers asked consumers if they shop through a physical or online store as most physical stores are closing while online stores become more relevant. With the results of the graph, we were provided wrong on the amount of consumers that shop online. Although the percentage of online shoppers are half the number of physical shoppers, online shoppers are becoming as common as physical shoppers.
For the survey's 9th question, Voyagers was interested in comparing brands/brand products to our very own. Knowing this info, Voyagers would be able to make any needed upgrades as to help our product stand out more from the rest of the competition.
For the 13th question in the survey, there were alternative design choices considered that could change a large portion of the actual outcome of the product. One of these many design choices was the addition of back-pads with better shoulder padding or just the addition of back-pads only due to budget limitations. However, no matter the choice, either option would be used to provide a less harming medical issue to the consumer's back.
