1. Does The Exlet offer more features than just better organization?
The Exlet backpack does offer more than just organization, other features included with the product are a headphones port, a protective layer on the bottom, and LED lights on the strap that can be seen when in the dark.
2. What makes your product different from other backpacks?
Besides having the goal of offering more features than regular backpacks, The Exlet backpack is created to set organization as a true goal compared to most backpacks that offer mostly disorganization.
3. Can I still receive back-pains or shoulder problems with the backpack?
The chances of getting back-pains with the product are less likely than the average backpack but can still provide comfort to the back, helping decrease back-pain occurrences. Currently, shoulder pains can occur with the product if too much weight is included onto the backpack but this is unlikely.
4. What's the purpose of the lights on the straps?
These lights seen on the strap are used for safety reasoning, these lights will give drivers, bicyclists, and etc a sort of heads-up with the bright lights revealing your presence in the night.
5. Do the lights need to be charged or replaced?
No, the lights on the straps don't require to be charged or replaced as they don't have a battery installed. The omitting brightness produced by the light however can be affected if covered completely in, for example, dirt or mud as it darkens the light's brightness. In this case, just clean off the dirt off the lights and they'll be fine.
6. Does the product offer any security features?
Like most other backpacks, the product doesn't contain some sort of tracker to the backpack itself due to privacy policies. Currently, the product doesn't contain any sort of security features for now.
7. Is there other color options for the product?
No, as of now, the backpack comes out in other colors besides blue. Other choices currently, include orange, grey, and green but more colors are on the way depending on feedback from the consumers.
8. What are the hazards of the backpack with the integrated features?
Some of the hazards of the backpack with the integrated features are that sometimes people do not wear the backpack proper risking should or back pains. Another hazard would be a person's posture, the posture of a person may be effected in a long period of time, it is recommended to take heed of these hazards.
9. How can I replace/return/fix my broken backpack? (e.g. broken pocket folders, missing zipper, un-attatched strap etc)
We provide warranty of the product though we are unsure of the estimated price and how many years of warrant, check return policy for more information.
10. Is this the only version of the product you plan to sell?
No, we plan to distribute other forms of the backpack much like the Apple Company upgrading and adding special features to their phones and tablets. We would like to go for much cleaner and more efficient designs of the bag for years to come, with the feedback that you guys provide for us.
11. Do you plan to sell the product online only or through physical stores only?
The Voyagers plan to first sell our product through online stores but might have small stores to sell our product eventually. We plan to sell online first due to budget reasoning and we would be able to manage online orders ahead of time instead of on the spot in a physical store.
